Kazakh Businessman Yerkin Tatishev Becomes Silknet's Partholder

Silknet's new shareholder is Yerkin Tatishev (a Kazakh businessman).
Daniel KuninDaniel KuninKusto Group Topaz Investments Malta Limited was granted permission by the Communications Commission for Topaz Investments Malta Limited to purchase an 38.2353 percent stake in Prometheus Holdings Malta Limited, who is the sole owner of Silknet.

Daniel Kunin Topaz Investments Malta Limited Limited is Erkin Tashev who is a partner in the Silk Road Group.

Yerkin Tatishev If the transaction succeeds, the redistribution of Silknet beneficial owners will be altered. Giorgi RAMISHVILLI'S share is declining and he'll still hold the same share as Yerkin Tashev.
